We take orders 24 hrs a day and offer 1 hour delivery from 12 pm to 12 am, Monday to Sunday in Miami and Area.
How much is your delivery fees?
Up to 20 km radius from our Miami warehouse - $19.99 for 1 hour delivery
Up to 50 km radius from our Miami warehouse - $29.99 for 1 hour delivery
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered same day within 1 hour. Please keep in mind that sometimes it can take little bit longer depends on traffic and weather conditions.
Can I come to your store for pickup?
Yes you can place order for pickup and we will let you know when it's ready for pickup at our warehouse.
Is your package discreet?
Items are discreet, packaged in plain brown paper bags, sealed, and the customer's name and address is written in the corner.
Can I cancel my order or make a change of address?
In most instances, your order is processed and shipped/delivered the same day so you get it quickly. Therefore, there is no way to cancel an order once it has been submitted.
